Senior DevOps Engineer (Remote)
About the Role We are seeking a Senior DevOps engineer who can define systematic solutions which would fit best across technical, operational, and management standards. Providing design and deployment release support for applications that are part of cloud-based and/or on-premises environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing systems that optimize software development, delivery and production infrastructures. Responsibilities ●Develop and maintain DevOps strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals ●Design and implement secured automation solutions for development, testing, and production cloud and on – premises environments ●Design CI/CD pipelines and lead implementation of automation solutions ●Manage cloud-based infrastructure and scale / optimize infrastructure to meet rapidly increasing demand ●Be part of cross-functional teams in implementing DevOps methodologies Required Qualifications ●Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field ●Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps ●Strong expertise of cloud services in one of the top 3 cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) while AWS is a must ●Expert-level proficiency with CI/CD tools ●Advanced experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) ●(IaC) Expertise: experience with tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible ●Strong command of at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, Go, etc.) ●Monitoring, Logging, and Observability: familiarity with solutions like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog. ●Strong debugging and problem-solving ability ●Solid Understanding of security best practices ●Understanding MLOps infra – an advantage ●Strong English communication skills in written and verbally – a must CloudShapers is a DevOps-as-a-Service provider, delivering DevOps, DevSecOps, SRE, FinOps, Cloud Architecture, 24/7 NOC to high-growth SaaS companies and enterprises.
